• We charge by the hour for research - the hours required will depend on the brief;
• We quote firm up front. If the hours we spend are more than the maximum we have quoted for, we do not charge more. If the hours spent are less than the maximum hours we have quoted for, we charge less;
• We specify your needs and develop a comprehensive Strategic Sourcing Brief document which you approve;
• We present you with a comprehensive report which describes all the people we have identified;
• We offer a data integrity qualifying service – to confirm our findings are as accurate as possible;
• We offer approaching services – to speak with those prospective candidates that you are interested in, inform them about your role and encourage them to ‘throw their hat in the ring’.
