Succession Planning

McKenzie Consulting offers succession planning and career assessment reports for business owners looking to map a clear strategy of exit from their business, handing it over to a qualified senior manager currently within the business. McKenzie's report identifies the Required Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Experience for the role in question, assesses the strengths, weaknesses and career aspirations of the person being considered for succession and presents our recommendation along with a proposed career map to facilitate the succession.
