The McKenzie Learning and Development Division focuses on providing practical and cost effective human resources and training solutions, tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
We aim to improve bottom line profitability, sales and customer service levels through increased, measurable people productivity. We focus primarily on SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises).
Key to our work on each assignment is–
- Developing a statement of the required outcomes of any learning and development initiatives, with clear and concise Key Performance Indicators and measures
- Ensuring that any learning and development initiative is relevant and will support an organisation’s key drivers of profitability
- To work with our course participants after training has occurred to observe how knowledge acquisition actually has been applied in their daily work
- To offer on-the-job tutoring and upskilling based on our observations of in situ performance
