What is a 360 Degree assessment?

The 360 Degree Review is often referred to as “full circle” assessment. It is employee development feedback that comes from peers, subordinates and managers as well as individuals themselves.

A 360 Degree Review is a particularly effective tool to identify an individual’s areas of strength and areas for development; it also allows individuals to compare and analyze the gap between their own perceptions of themselves versus those of others.
