LaunchPad Online Test Battery

The LaunchPad Online Test Battery assesses an individual on the basis of 38 dimensions. It utilises 10 assessment instruments in order to do this. There are no right or wrong answers to the assessments you are about to complete. Simply indicate the word or phrase that is most indicative of how you think or feel.

Instructions for the Test Battery

1. Once you click on the link to begin the test, you will be presented with a screen requesting your Forename (First name) and Surname (Last name). Please complete these details. You will also need to provide the Client ID, which was provided to you via email.
2. After you begin the test, you will be presented with introductions about the Test Battery. You should read the introductions carefully. Once you have done that, you can close the Introduction and the LaunchPad Online Test Battery ‘Welcome’ screen will be presented to you.
3. If you are ready to proceed with the assessment, click on the ‘Run Next Assessment’ button. Once you have read the Introduction for that test, click ‘Proceed with Assessment’. This will take you into the assessment.
4. When you complete an assessment, the LaunchPad system will offer you the opportunity to review any answers if you so choose. Once you are satisfied with the responses provided nominate ‘No’ (i.e. that you do not want to review any answers). LaunchPad closes that assessment and takes you on to the next assessment
5. You again read the tailored introduction and nominate ‘Run Next Assessment’ when you are ready. Continue this process until all of the assessments have been completed.
6. Once the final assessment has been completed, LaunchPad will inform you that the results of the Online Test Battery will be returned for processing when you ‘Exit’ the Test Battery.

Important Notes

• You need to complete the LaunchPad Online Test Battery at a computer with a reliable broadband internet connection.
• The Test Battery should be completed in a quiet environment that is free from interruptions.
• You should have access to a pen, pad and calculator.
• You should take no more than one and a half hours to complete the battery of assessments.
• You should read all information/explanations carefully.
• The truest representation of yourself is the response that occurs to you first
