What We Do	In our Executive Search Division, we recruit "vertically" from Chief Executive Officers to senior functional heads and "horizontally" across all functional areas. Whilst we do have a level of specialisation in certain industries and functions, we regard ourselves primarily as a client-centric organisation that is able to recruit across the board for our clients, irrespective of the industries in which they operate. Our strength lies in understanding our clients at the broadest strategic level and combining this with a feel for the cultural nuances and operating styles that make them unique and successful.
