McKenzie views each talent search as unique – the optimal way of targeting the right person for a position will vary from role to role. We don’t believe in relying soley upon advertising like other agencies. Rather, our recruitment consultants use up to six different sourcing strategies to identify that special candidate for you.
Team Approach to Recruitment
Whilst our clients deal exclusively with one consultant on any recruitment project, it is not uncommon for a recuitment consultant to actively work with two to three other consultants who provide active support with the assignment.
In-House Research Department
McKenzie does not outsource its researching about talented people. A lynchpin of our business is our own in-house research facility that can identify the best salesperson in Sydney or the best Singapore-based international marketing executive for our recruitment consultants. This helps them provide the best candidates in a timely fashion to our clients.

In addition to sourcing potential candidates, McKenzie has always had a strong capacity to assess candidate suitability. We offer a range of assessment tools, including psychometric testing, which are tailored to fit the criteria for each role.
