Assessment Norms

Norms are based on a business population in Australia and have been collected from over 26,000 people from diverse populations of middle to senior management, fast-track young managers and certain groups of professional people. Norm sets are tested and updated each year and are probably one of the largest norm sets of any HR tool available in Australia. Additional norms are also available for other countries, and we are also able to build customised norms for individual companies if required.
